ATAF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE MANUAL
ATAF’s technical assistance (TA) programme lies at the heart of ATAF’s mandate set out in its Strategic Plan for 2016 to 2020 to improve member country tax systems and reinforce ATAF’s role in respect of taxation on the continent. ATAF’s transformative role impacts directly on its membership through TA and this work informs all other engagement with its membership and beyond.
