African Tax Outlook - 2021 Edition
The African Tax Outlook (ATO) is an African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) flagship publication in which African countries share best tax policy and administration practices. It seeks to provide comprehensive, reliable tax data and analysis that will serve as an African benchmark in formulating tax policies and tax administration reform. While the first edition in 2016 brought together 15 countries, 35 contributed data to this 2021 edition.
