This edition reflects the work ATAF has carried out in the second half of 2019. This included the first Master Class for Heads of Tax Administrations, held in Morocco, and the High-Level Dialogue on Tax Policy held in Zimbabwe. Key issues dealt with include the discussions on whether ATAF must facilitate the nexus between tax policy and administration and the looming new global tax order being ushered as talks on taxing the digital economy and corporations reaches its climax.
