This edition of the ATAF newsletter has a special focus on ICT innovations introduced by the Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) as part of the tax administration’s modernisation programme. The many benefits these changes have for the administration and for taxpayers has won the MRA recognition as the Most Innovating Entity in the Public Sector from the ICT Association of Malawi.
